What makes a good golf trip… GREAT?

ree

Let’s be real: a good golf trip is just any trip where you don’t break a club or your spirit. But a great golf trip? That’s next-level.

Here’s how to go from “we played 18” to “we’re doing this every year until we die.”

✅ The Crew: Choose your squad wisely. You want a mix of golf skill, snack game, and vibes. If your buddy throws a tantrum every time he double-bogeys, leave him at home with a stress ball.

✅ The Course(s): Variety is key. One day you're hacking out of a bunker that looks like the Grand Canyon, the next you're cruising fairways smoother than your backswing after two beers.

✅ Accommodations: Is there a hot tub? Are you close enough to the course to sleep in and still make your tee time? Do they care if you bring in 37 golf bags? These things matter.

✅ Food & Drinks: Fuel is critical. That means bacon at breakfast, beers at lunch, and dinner at a place where they don’t judge your khaki short tan.

✅ The Memories (and Trash Talk): Document everything. The miraculous birdie. The epic shank. The guy who brought 14 gloves “just in case.” These are the stories you’ll tell until someone finally beats Jim’s record of 4 putts on a par 3.

Go forth, plan wisely, and make it NUTT’D IT!-level legendary.
